We offer a selection of Mary’s Free Range Chicken. They are proud to be family owned and operated since 1954. All Mary’s Chicken is cooled using an “air chill” system, producing better tasting chicken. We carry fresh Boneless skinless chicken breast, Bone in skin on thighs and drumsticks in the case daily.Beef
We are proud to offer Cedar River Farms Beef. High-quality natural beef, grass fed and grain finished with no added hormones or antibiotics. Cattle is harvested at a younger age yielding flavorful, tender beef. We carry a wide selection of cuts in our fresh case daily, including New York Strip, Ribeye, Top Sirloin, tenderloin and more.Pork
We offer a selection of Pork from Iowa Gold. Iowa Gold pork is Duroc breed based, producing high-quality, great tasting pork. Our daily selection includes fresh bone-in chops, boneless chops, tenderloins and shoulder roasts.Fish
We are proud to offer wild caught, U.S.A. harvested fish straight from Sitka, Alaska. This fish is filleted and flash frozen on the vessel before being flown directly to the Redmond airport for us to pick up. Offerings vary depending on the season but often have in stock salmon, rockfish, black cod, yelloweye and when available halibut too. The taste and texture of our fish isn't comparable to anything at the standard grocery store.the choice is yours
